*Please note - the below policy was agreed upon on each order the "Terms & Conditions" Box is required to be check boxed before submitting each order through Rebel Reaper Clothing Company - with that said, each customer/order is agreed upon the below policy. No exceptions.*
EXCLUSIONS: Full Custom Vests or Full Custom Jackets, hats, helmets, seats, parts, underwear, swimwear, and all items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
We inspect all returned product using the guidelines above for exchange or refund eligibility.

PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT DO ANY RETURNS, OR REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY CUSTOM VESTS OR JACKETS BY REBEL REAPER CLOTHING CO. - ONCE A CUSTOMER HAS ORDERED, "APPROVED" OR GIVEN ALL DETAILS TO MOVE FORWARD ON A VEST FOR PRODUCTION, THIS INCLUDES ANY ARTWORK THE CUSTOMER HAS SENT FOR A CUSTOM LINER - IF WE HAVE SPECIFIED THE ARTWORK IS BLURRY/UNSATISFACTORY/LOW RESOLUTION, WE WILL LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW, AND IF THE CUSTOMER APPROVES THE VEST ARTWORK FOR THE LINER, IT IS FINAL AND NO CHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY CUSTOM VEST AT ALL ONCE IT IS APPROVED BY A CUSTOMER. WE CAN NOT CANCEL AN ORDER MID PRODUCTION AT ALL, MATERIALS ARE ORDERED IMMEDIATELY WHEN A CUSTOMER ORDERS THE PRODUCT, NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED ONCE IN PRODUCTION. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PLEASE NOTE: For custom products, especially if it is leather, denim, or other fabric materials that require a unique color - that not all leathers, denims, and fabrics are cut from the same cowhide, denim weave, or fabric - some colors might slightly vary. This applies to all products listed on www.rebelreaper.com
In the event of a return, exchange, or refund, you can choose one of the following options:
A) Refund your money for the item(s) if wanting a full refund minus restocking/shipping fees. Full refunds are returned in GIFT CARD FORMAT ONLY OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT (minus the shipping fees paid by Rebel Reaper of the initial shipment) - and if only the item is COMPLETELY destroyed (destroyed meaning it is not salvageable) upon shipment due to the carrier company (which then a filing claim needs to be made by you with the shipping carrier first) or it was sent to the customer wrong of the item purchased was sent incorrectly by Rebel Reaper Clothing Company based off the description of the item purchased. We inspect and ensure all products are in brand new, un-used, un-worn condition before shipping to customer. Our quality control team assures each product is perfect before shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns for refunds on anything other than listing above, must be processed as followed or under the topics of “sizing issues”, “don’t like item”, “bought something else don’t need this”, or of the sort - please note this is NOT AMAZON OR COSTCO - we must follow the following. (Shipping fees will be deducted from total refund after a 40% restocking fee is deducted if item was already shipped to customer. We can not refund shipping if it was used for “FREE SHIPPING” coupons either. The shipping & handling fees are not refundable since they’ve already been paid for by Rebel Reaper. We use free shipping to keep customers happy and prices competitive. You will need to pay return shipping and a 40% restocking fee if you choose a full refund. Giftcard format will be given for the full purchase of the product in brand new/unworn condition if received within our eligible timeframe listed previously above. The reason for a "restocking fee" is because we're small busines, when a product is purchased, it takes it off she shelf/inventory for a potential other customer to purchase, so thats the reason we and like all other companies charge this fee. You'll be sent a return address and a Return Authorization number via email. We do not pay for return labels. We only pay for return labels if Rebel Reaper has made a mistake shipping the wrong product or sizing. We can not accept returns without RA number.) If the customer does not wish for an exchange, and only wants a refund, they agreed to the terms before buying the product (it is provided to all customers and required to checkbox reading our policies before placing an order) of everything above and agree to the 40% RESTOCKING FEE if wanting a full refund. Refunds are only processed once the item is received in brand new/unworn condition, then processed which can take up to 7-21 days to process depending on your bank or services of which you’ve paid for the product.
B) Exchange it for an item(s) with lesser or equal value, or in Gift Card (credit) format to the customer.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit an email to us under "Contact" tab and return the item to our address (below). Please include the order number, the specific problem with the order, and any relevant photos (if able to) and we will reply with the return address to send the item(s).
When we receive a returned shipment, it takes up to 7 business days to process - an automated email notification will be sent to you notifying of the refunded amount and or/ confirmation of receipt. Or if receiving in credit/gift card format, we will issue the credit of the purchase returned item only in brand new/unworn condition, and giftcard will be issued to your email with the amount to use towards future purchases.

CUSTOM ORDERS and sizes 3XL+ : Due to the nature & specifics of this product, we cannot accept returns on any custom orders or JACKETS/VESTS/SHIRTS over the size of 3XL+ and UP are non-refundable since they are considered custom and we do not carry these products naturally in stock so they have to each be individually made to order
Rush Fees: Non-refundable. No exceptions.
Shipping / Delivery / Handling:
Please note that Rebel Reaper Clothing Company is not held liable or responsible for the actual delivery of the product once it has been dropped off to the shipping carrier (IE: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc). The moment it has arrived to the carrier, it is the carriers responsibility to delivery in a proper manner. If this is not the case with your order, you need to contact the shipping carrier and open a case to find out what happened. Rebel Reaper is not accountable for the handling of the order upon delivery once Rebel Reaper has given to the hands of the carrier for delivery. If you have a lost package, you need to contact the carrier so they can look into where it is. Once it is filed we can try to help then, but it does happen, but this is the way it needs to be handled first before we can assist. Please also note that shipping carrier times vary, especially during the holidays, which we have no control over any delays or missed signings of the package. Thank you.
