TOP MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

Once your order has been placed or fulfilled, we can not modify, change, cancel, combine, discount or update the order shipping address and contact info.


Everything we do is a limited run, that includes our flannels, vests, jackets, polos, button ups, gloves, etc. - EVERYTHING IS LIMITED. That means once its sold out, its gone forever.

Keeping everything limited also allows us to keep the quality standards for our products at the best they can be, since we dont print on demand or do extremely large mass quantities where quality is lost most of the time - we dont do that. Quality over quantity.

Our flannels have been extremely popular worldwide (and for good reason), and typically when we do releases they sell out within minutes or the same day. It happens frequently each release, and not much we can do about it considering we do stock alot of them, but they do sell out due to their popularity. Each flannel pattern, vest, etc. is all limited colorways to keep things unique and fresh to allow our creativity to bring more to our customers in new innovative ways.

We highly suggest if you already already, to subscribe to our free email newsletter and VIP Texts to be notified and reminders of future releases so you can plan them out. Its been the best way our customers who keep coming back assure they get theirs on the release day. We recommend also being our website at least 10-15 minutes prior to them going live to assure you can checkout with yours.

Please note that Shopify does not allow us to hold items in your cart to checkout, its happened before that if its sold out before you can checkout, it's gone. Not much we can do about that, sorry!


The best way to do that is to subscribe to our free email newsletter or our free VIP Texts that we send to our customers prior to release dates as reminders. Our newsletter usually pops up on our homepage to sign up there. We also update you on promos, new releases, exclusive sneak peeks, and more!

We tpyically email and text at least an hour before release so you'll never miss a drop! Also if you're not already following our social media pages we post frequently there as well on...

We have specific sizing charts depending on the item you're looking at on our website.But heres some specifics as well:

  • We have something unique here, called an AI Size Recommender on our site. You'll see it in red called "Not Sure of Your Size?" - you can click that and it will ask you a series of questions such as your prefered fitment, chest size, height, etc. and it will give the best recommendation (please double check out size charts)
  • We recommend always to use our sizing charts online, all products vary. If in doubt we recommend sizing up 1 size for a looser fit.
  • Depending on the product you're interested in and the materials, please refer to our sizing charts page at the top of our website for more info.
  • To get the most accurate sizing we always recommend using a soft measuring tape for best results and matching them to our size charts
  • We recommend not assuming our sizing is the same as other companies, we focus on trying our make our products as true and accurate as possible for sizing, so just because our flannels is a certain size, doesnt mean the jackets fit them same sizing. So please double check each specific product to match your prefered sizing.

Good question, typically we do not. Our flannels for example are all limited, meaning once they're gone they're gone for ever for that color way.

Quality is our top priority here, so to provide the best quality we can we do not mass produce our products and keep them limited. If the product is sold out, its most likely gone forever. If you'd like to subscribe to our newsletter emails you'll get heads up if we restock or release new products. Thank you!


We make it easy here using our Exclusive First Ever Online 3D Vest or Jacket builder where you can customize your own vest or jacket in 3D to see exactly what it'll look like before ordering. Check it out online. Once you've ordered our team then reaches out to you via email or phone to confirm all details before its sent to production.

Typical turnaround for a full custom is about 8-10 weeks on average but we do have options for a "rush" for an extra added fee.

The possibilities are literally endless for our customs, some options you wont see on our builder because we can only limite so many options without "bogging down" the loading speed, so make sure to checkout our endless 5 star reviews from previous customers who've gotten theirs.

This is a typical situation with USPS, more common than it is with UPS which we use as well. It's common for USPS to mark a package as delivered and then physically deliver that package a few days later.

If it’s been more than 5 business days and your package still hasn’t arrived or there are no tracking updates, please be sure to contact your local post office supervisor first to find out further information in regards to the delivery scan. (Please keep in mind that we can only see what you see in terms of tracking).

Please also check with surrounding neighbors as well, we have seen many instances lately where USPS delivers the package to the wrong house.

We always include your order number in the order confirmation email we send you after you complete your purchase. First, try entering "Rebel Reaper Clothing" into the search bar on your email account to see if you can find it. If you have trouble finding your order confirmation email in your inbox, we recommend searching your spam or junk folder and entering Rebel Reaper into the search bar.

You can also access your previous order by signing into your login account on our website.


Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders. Our Shipping Team is really on point with shipping orders quicker than Usain Bolt here typically within minutes or hours or the same day. If your order has already been fulfilled that means its been shipped and on the way to you, you'll have to wait until its arrived to you to process a return in our Returns/Exchange Portal online,

- We do not accept returns over 30+ days from when ordered
- Full Custom Items are not returnable or refundable
- All Products Marked "SALE FINAL" or CLEARANCE are Sale Final
- Exchanged or Returns MUST be in original NEW condition, clean, unwashed, unworn, no wrinkles, folded nicely in original packaging and tags.

We review all returns upon arrival and reserve the right to deny/cancel any returns if not returned properly as listed above.

You'll need to provide your order number, name or email used in the order to process. Just follow the steps through the portal and once its received we will process it. Please allow a few business days to process once its arrived.

IMPORTANT: Returns for refunds encure a 20% Restocking fee and shipping charges. For Exchanges for a different size or a giftcard credit, there is no restocking fees. Please read more here for details of our policies -> Returns & Exchange Full Policy


If you sent an order/gift item back on your own, depending how which carrier you used it can take up to 7-10 business days typically for your returned package to be received at our facility and the exchange or refund processed.

IMPORTANT: For quicker processing, please include a note inside your return/exchange with your order number, name, exchange/size you need, and reason for the return.

We process in the order received, and once its been complete we will send you a confirmation email when we process the refund, exchange, or credit. Refunds can only be credited back to the original form of payment used for an order minus any restocking/shipping fees. Depending who you bank with your financial institution may take an estimated 3-7 days to post your refund.

There are no restocking fees for exchanges or credits. Restocking/shipping fee only applies to full refunds (please read more on our site about our policies). Exchanges are typically shipped 1-2 business days following from when its been received. We will send tracking confirmation via email once its processed so you'll be able to track the exchange. Standard shipping times apply.


Please utilize our returns portal that is on our website to set up an exchange for the incorrect item.

The process on our returns portal is super simple and will also allow you to upload pictures of the incorrect item and the packaging slip. Once completed you will receive an email with a return label to have the incorrect item returned, once it is marked as in-transit our system will automatically send out the item you selected or we will send the correct item once its been received.

IMPORTANT: For quicker processing, please include a note inside your return/exchange with your order number, name, exchange/size you need, and reason for the return.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Pre-shipment means that your package has left our HQ and is waiting to be scanned by USPS or UPS to have its way to you. Please allow up to 7 business days for your tracking information to update.

If your order is still showing in pre-shipment after 7 business days from when you received tracking information, it is most likely USPS or UPS has not scanned the tracking # after they picked up the package from our facility. It's actually not in our hands, but this is why the package still shows at our facility. During the holidays, this happens often.

We have lots of shipping options to meet your needs, and we also provide FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING for all USA orders over $150.00+

We have business accounts with our shipping carriers that allow us to pass on extra savings for shipping costs to YOU! Isnt that awesome? We do not overinflate shipping costs here, what you see it as, is what we pay. No more or less... now thats full transparency.

  • We ship worldwide everyday - typically outside the USA the carrier of choice is DHL or UPS
  • Free USA Shipping is only availble for the United States
  • Economy shipping - allow 4-8 business days.
  • Free shipping orders are usually shipped ground done via UPS or USPS, but at imes may utilize other carriers
  • Hardparts, Helmets, Seats are not available with Free Shipping.
  • Oversized items are not included - exempt items will be called out in product descriptions.

Orders can be processed very quickly here, but during the holidays please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment. Business days are Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. Free and Economy shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take up to 30 days. (Its rare, but happens)

All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification which can delay shipment. Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process.

The fast answer is no, not really. Our shipping teams are so fast that they often have orders shipped in literal minutes.

If you need to make a change to your order (address, size, item, etc) or want to cancel it, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to catch it before it goes out, but we can never guarantee the ability to make a change. If its already be fulfilled, that means the shipping carrier has it and on its way to you.

The materials we use are ONLY THE BEST, literally. We build them to last for years, look at it as an investment in your wardrobe. We refuse to use cheap low quality leather just to save a few bucks, our reputation is the Best of the Best and why we're chosen worldwide everyday.

Our leather is premium cowhide leather, the denim we use is high quality selvedge premium denim, and canvas we use is thick heavy duty strong canvas. Each has its own care instructions.

Our premium leathers can be maintained using a good quality leather cleaner - dont go cheap here, get the good stuff and follow the instructions on the bottle. Little goes a long way.

We use many materials, but the most common for our customers is genuine premium cowhide, selvedge quality denim, and heavy duty canvas.

Selvedge Denim has been around for centuries as the "go to" denim for strength and durability. Its great for bring light weight, yet extremely durable. Other companies use the cheapest denim, and you can tell. Selvedge denim is like regular denim but on steroids.

Canvas is suggested for year round / heavy use but still light enough and durable. Typically stronger than our selvedge denim, and more water resistant than selvedge denim.

Premium Genuine Cowhide Leather - we use the BEST stuff in the world, literally. We have our own tannery, and custom vest/jacket production team to provide the absolute best leathers out there. We typically 90% of the time use 1.2mm premium soft pressed cowhide leather for our vests, but we've been known to use thickness up to 2.0mm+. 1.2mm is great for the weight, thickness, and longevity without being too heavy or too light, more for easy mobility and longer lasting.

Keep in mind that the 3D Builder is the only and first of its kind, so not ALL options are available on the builder because if we did... it would really "bog down" the loading times on the builder. While most companies charge "cheap" vests, just know theres probably a reason. Our vests and jackets come with a lifetimes limited warranty that covers and repairs needed for stitching, zippers and buttons. While other companies shrug their shoulders or dont respond to any repairs or defects, we dont. Do other companies do that? We havent seen it. But its important.

Not all leather, denim, and canvas is created equaly. Usually our customers have experienced the garbage thats out there, and thats why they end up coming to us to provide them something their proud of wearing and will acutally last as well as fit properly.

Our packaging and presenation when it arrives is not in a cheap plastic plain bag and thrown inside like a cheap towel like most other companies do, our customs come in a rad custom unique box, packing paper, stickers, tags, and packaged with care.

We understand we arent the cheapest - but thats because our customers know they're coming for the best and since we only use premium materials, it costs more to produce, because we know at the end of the day you DESERVE THE BEST.

Our In-Stock Customs Collection is always changing. Each style has its own purpose depending on your riding style, weight preference, and fitment. They're typically our own innovative unique designs, and each are limited. So once they're gone they're gone forever as we replace them with new designs throughout the year.

Our In-Stock customs mean they're instock and ready to ship. Yes they are customs, however, they're built at the same time so we're able to order them in bulk to be made which has a lower production cost than a Full Custom Vest or Jacket. In-stock customs also come with the warranty covering any repairs for stitching, buttons, and zipper repairs.


Good thing you bought a vest from us huh? Most companies dont, and would shrung their shoulders saying "oh well"... well, we dont.

Our Rebel Reaper Guarantee covers any repairs with stitching, zippers or buttons repairs of your Rebel Reaper Vest or Jacket. We do not cover any intential or accidental damages outside of that.

If you need repairs, please send to our address below and include inside your order number, name, repair needed, and allow us (depending on the repair) up to an average 20 business days to repair and send back to you.

We have our size charts online for our vests and jackets, we've provide a link below for each to check out and give instructions on how to take your measurements properly. We recommend using a soft measuring tape, and measuring your measurements in a relaxed/comfortable state.

Here's our sizing charts below, we also have an AI Size Recommender on our site where you can enter your height, chest fitment preference, and wasit/stomach fitment preference to determine the best recommended fit.

Our flannels, polo shirts, and short sleeve button downs are sized exactly the same. If you prefer a bagger fit in the flannel/short sleeve button down, we suggest sticking with your normal size. If you prefer a slimmer fit, we suggest going a size down from what you would normally wear. Our products are true to size (check our size charts for specifics) and our Flannels, Polos, & Button Ups don’t shrink when washed or dried. 

Each product on our site should have a sizing chart that corresponds to that specific product. We also have an innovative AI Size Recommender where you can enter your height, chest fitment, stomach/waist fitment preferences to give the most accurate recommended size. Its always best to go based off the size charts, our recommender is not responsible for wrong sizing its strictly a RECOMMENDATION

In all honesty - the length of our flannels we've been told by several customers that the length is perfect. We designed our flannels to fit & look aesthetically pleasing as possible for fitment. Naming something "tall" we feel is just really unecessary and a miniscule difference with how we've built these to be for length and arm length.

We made our flannels to be as true to size as possible - you shouldnt have to fall "between sizing" when a Large is too big, but a medium is too tight, just for it to fit right. If you're in doubt or fall between sizing on our size charts, we suggest sizing up. The length is proper (most of our team is over 6+ foot) and the arm/torso length is just right.


In short, yes. Some of our products sell out within minutes or the same day of release, including our flannels and other product releases.

The reason why is we're a small yet rapidly growing company with customers all around the globe since 2016. Our goal is to provide the world with premium apparel that'll last, and fits/feels just as amazing as they look. Our team is constantly innovating and coming up with new products, ideas, styles, colorways, etc. and allows our creativity to be expressed through our apparel.

No, they do not. We specifically use a unique soft blend of fabric that elimiates any wrinkles or shrinkage - so thats not an issue here! We suggest machine washing in cold water with like-colors and hang dry, if you cant hang dry then tumble dry low. Low maintenance... Isnt that nice?


They do not. We've tested them, and heard from many customers how low maintenance they are. No wrinkles, no shrinkage, no problems.

Once you have signed in you can edit your profile by selecting <Account Dashboard> located in "My Account".


Your address book includes the billing and shipping addresses you have on file with your RebelReaper.com account. If you would like to view or edit this information, log into your account with your username and password. Once you have signed in select <Address Book> located in "My Account".


Order history includes the status of recent and previous orders, if you would like to view your order history, first sign into your RebelReaper.com account with your user name and password. Then select <My Orders>, located in "My Account".
