First off we THANK YOU for choosing us for your custom vest or jacket! To make things easy and simple - we get hundreds of messages weekly asking how the process works - so we made this easy step by step detailed page to show you how it goes from start to finish. *PLEASE NOTE: ANY VEST ON OUR WEBSITE THAT SAYS *CUSTOM* YOU CAN CHANGE WHATEVER YOUD LIKE - JUST ENTER INTO THE "NOTES" SECTION AT CHECKOUT ANY CHANGES YOUD LIKE TO THE VEST YOU PURCHASED, AND OUR TEAM WILL CONFIRM WITH YOU BEFORE GOING TO PRODUCTION*

1.) FINDING THE VEST YOU WANT -  we have several vests on our website, most of them are from previous customers we've done vests for. They're mainly for reference. However, ANY item that has *CUSTOM* in it you can change to your liking. Find the one you want as a good starting point, then move to step 2.

2.) I FOUND THE ONE I WANT! - Great! Now, that doesn't mean you NEED to have it the same way. You can change it! IF you need to make any changes, just simply add your changes youd like into the "notes" section at checkout. That easy! Move to step 3.

3.) WAIT - I HAVE MY OWN ARTWORK FOR THE CUSTOM LINER - Great! We ask that the artwork already be fully completed exactly as youd like it as the artwork liner before sending to us. Artwork must be clear, crisp, and not blurry. We have a team that can make you a mockup if you need it to view before production, takes a few days to do, but that way you can see what it looks like before production. Once you approve, we move forward.

4.) OK, ITS PURCHASED, NOW WHAT?! -  We have a dedicated team here at Rebel Reaper that handles your custom vest order. Typically within 24 to 48 hours you'll get a follow up email after your purchase from our team confirming ALL your details of your vest. Please review the email in detail, once you confirm, its then sent to production to begin. *Please note, after you confirm you can NOT make any changes once in production*

5.) OK I APPROVED PRODUCTION, NOW WHAT?! - Now we wait. It typically takes about 5 to 8 weeks max to complete a full custom vest or custom jacket. Thats the time and process we have at the moment. Custom anything, especially quality, takes time to complete. Once its done, it goes through quality control confirming ALL details of your vest are correct before shipping to you.

6.) COME ON WHATS TAKING SO LONG? - Please, be patient. Good things take time, we are doing the best we can to assure we get it done as fast as possible but not sacrifice quality. If you have questions or need updates and its been past the 7 week mark from when the vest was "confirmed for production", please email our team contact@rebelreaper.com for an update.

7.) MY ORDER IS "COMPLETE" WHATS THAT MEAN? - It means your vest is done! Its on its way, and make sure to tag and leave us a review once you get it! We appreciate your patience and support!
