If you already have a Rebel Reaper Account setup, you're good to go! As long as you make sure its active, you'll know its active when you see Rewards showing up on your side of the login portal.

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You'll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save. For ever $1 spent on our website, you'll earn 5 points. You'll be able to sign up by creating a Rebel Reaper Login account (above) once signed up, make sure to login before any future purchase and you'll start accruing points for discounts, rewards, free shipping, and more!

Since this program is so new we've started it in Spring 2023. Unfortunately the program doesn't allow a retroactively way to apply points in the past... we do appreciate your support and understanding but its out of our control to do that. Anything from when you sign up, and the future, you'll start getting points when you sign up.

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. Your points will be automatically applied to your email login account, and can use towards future purchases.

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, following our social medias Facebook & Instagram, every $1 spent earns 5 points, logging in weekly, birthday points, leaving reviews, making purchases, and more! To see all the ways you can earn points click the _Earn Points_ tab in the menu once you create an account.

Your point balance is on every page in the top bar. Make sure you're logged into your account too.

Select the tab called _Redeem Points_. Here you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

**Approved:** These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

**Pending:** These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals

**Cancelled:** These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account. Sorry... tell them not to do that! :)

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. So give it a few days if it doesnt populate, let us know.

Please note that points are on a "probationary" period for 30 days to actually receive them. We do this because it allows us to provide this service to our customers, and 30 days is our returns policy, so to mitigate abuse of this program to actually EARN the points 30 days needs to pass and you'll see them available after that time period.

Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout. Please note we cant apply after the purchase was already made, you'll have to use it for a future order.

We'd hate to see you go! IBut if you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us via email to our team at orders@rebelreaper.com and ask to be unenrolled.

PLEASE NOTE: Once we do, we'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued and will not be able to claim them back if you decide to come back in the future.

As long as you still have your Rebel Reaper login account active, you should be able to automatically start accruing points again if you've left in the past. If not, just contact us via email to orders@rebelreaper.com and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero. We can not retroactively give back points once you've left the program.
