Return / Exchange / Shipping Policy

In order to process your return/exchange the best way is to use our Return Portal below that says "Click Here to Process Return".
We offer free shipping on orders over $150 to give customers savings, for that reason we do not pre-pay for return labels, you will need to purchase your return label. Please allow up to 7 business days to process returns depending on volume.

*Please note - the below policy was agreed upon on each order the "Terms & Conditions" Box is required to be check boxed before submitting each order through Rebel Reaper Clothing Company - with that said, each customer/order is agreed upon the below policy. No exceptions.*

 

EXCLUSIONS: Full Custom Vests or Full Custom Jackets, hats, helmets, seats, parts, underwear, swimwear, and all items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. 

We inspect all returned product using the guidelines above for exchange or refund eligibility.

Any item that is not a full custom vest or full custom jacket (or clearance/sale final) that you don’t think was up to par can be exchanged or issued a store credit within 15 days from the date of delivery. Item(s) must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached. We make it easy using our return portal below.

EXCLUSIONS: Hats, gaiters, underwear, swimwear without hygienic liners, and all items marked FINAL SALE, Full Custom Vests or Full Custom Jackets (that are not in-stock customs) are not eligible for return or exchange. 

We inspect all returned product using the guidelines above for exchange or refund eligibility and reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that we deem ineligible.

We deduct your paid shipping costs of the order for shipping label costs on returns, from the total product refund. We also have a restocking fee of 20% of the purchased priced item being returned if wanting a refund. We also will additionally deduct the shipping purchase made by Rebel Reaper to send the product to you on top of the restocking fee. We have restocking fees because as small business if a product is purchased, it’s taken away from a potential future customer which in turn could cause a loss of sales so to keep things fair for the consumer that wants to purchase as well as small business we have this fee which is non-negotiable if doing a full refund return. There is no restocking fees for gift card, credit, or exchanges. Customers selecting an exchange will receive a curtesy return label ONLY IF *WE* made the mistake sending the wrong item or size to you. Anything outside of that you'll need to purchase your own return label using our portal will direct you with instructions.

Warning: If you have placed patches on your product, you cannot send it back for a refund, store credit or exchange. For both stock and custom products. Full Custom Vests or Jackets are not eligible for returns/exchanges at all.
 

Shipping

Our products are shipped through either UPS or USPS. You should get tracking information automatically to your email or text messaging when the order has been fulfilled. We are entrusting a third party shipping carrier to deliver your item in a timely fashion. We have no control over their speed once its in their hands. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third to deliver your package.

Most orders for in-stock items are shipped/fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours. Unless its a full custom vest/jacket as they take at least 8-10 weeks (on average) to complete a full custom vest/jacket.

*NOTE: ALL ORDERS that are above $500+ or Full Custom Vests/Full Custom Jackets automatically we pay extra for Adult Signature Required to assure delivery is received. *

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: As of now we are sending out international orders through UPS only, USPS has a dramatic delay right now. It is possible you may need to pay extra fees when your package is going through custom clearance which is out of our control.

 

Returns - Exchanges

U.S. online purchases only. International returns/exchanges are not available at this time. 

Please note: we provide return label in case of damage or wrong item exchanges only. For regular return and exchange you are responsible for shipping the item(s) to us and we will take care of the shipping fee when sending back to you.

You can process the return / exchange online within 15 days of item(s) when it was received by using the link below. Any orders past 15+ days from when item(s) were received/delivered will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Item must be in original packaging, brand new, unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached along with a copy of your receipt or RMA number. You will receive a RA# and return address.

Custom Items

All custom vests / items are handmade to order. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on full custom items. Double check your size before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
