SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • Orders typically ship within 1 business day.
  • We use Standard Service typically USPS or UPS for shipping.
  • Delivery within the US takes about 2-5 business days depending on your location, size, and weight of the item(s)
  • No shipping on Sundays or national holidays.
  • We cannot be held responsible for external factors affecting delivery. However, you can reach out to our customer service team at orders@rebelreaper.com if you need assistance

DELIVERY ISSUES? FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Contact Your Carrier: Initiate a claim with your shipping carrier. 

Then follow the instructions on our "Returns & Exchanges Portal" for the next steps after filing a claim number investigation with the shipping carrier first.

  • Our Standard shipping cost depends on product size, destination, and weight.

  • Free USA Domestic Shipping: For contiguous US orders over $150 USD (after discounts, before taxes).

    • Not applicable for orders outside the USA.
    • For Wholesale shipping inquiries please refer to our wholesale page & policies regarding shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: Arrives (on average) within 1-7 business days based on location within the United States.

  • You'll receive an email or text with your tracking number after shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • Orders ship within 1-2 business days.

  • We use Standard Service for international shipping.

  • International delivery takes about 14-21 business days on average, could be longer depending on your location.

  • We currently do not ship orders on closed business hours which includes Sundays or national holidays.

  • We cannot be held responsible for external factors affecting delivery such as lost, stolen, misplaced, or undeliverable, or if items are returned to Rebel Reaper Clothing Company. If it is returned to us, international orders must pay for shipping duties again to send out the item.

  • We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on International Orders.

  • Standard international shipping can vary based on weight, destination, and size.

Delivery Protocol:

  • Packages are at the carrier's discretion upon delivery and could be left if no one is available to sign. Rebel Reaper is not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen International shipments outside of the USA.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for international orders.

  • International orders may have duties and taxes upon delivery via Standard Service depending on your location and country duties. We do not control or pay for international duties outside of the United States.

Duties and Taxes:

  • Determined by the destination country's customs agency.
  • Charges are not always incurred.
  • Payment is the recipient's responsibility, collected at delivery.
