It is very important to check the address you entered for the shipment to be correct, Rebel Reaper is not responsible for lost or missing packages if the item shows delivered. If you need an address change, we must be notified PRIOR to the order to being fulfilled.
Package lost? Please contact the shipping carrier directly, once its left Rebel Reaper's hands and shows in route/delivered, there is not much we can do. You need to contact the shipping carrier directly so they can look into where/what happened. Especially with the holidays, shipping carriers sometimes leave your package with a neighbor - please check there as well.

Most orders will ship out within 3-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5-7 business days (on average). Depending on the time of year, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, www.RebelReaper.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, lost shipments, delays, etc.
It is Rebel Reaper’s responsibility to fulfill the order, but the shipping carrier’s responsibility to assure the order is delivered.

Please note. Rebel Reaper can not ship a new product until an “investigation” or claim is opened either the carrier. You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly first and provide this information of the claim before we can assist further.

NOTE: Again, Rebel Reaper is not responsible if the carrier “lost” the package. There is a process with this, you need to contact the carrier FIRST, then once a claim is opened can let us know the claim number and any information they’ve given you. Then can reach out to our team orders@rebelreaper.com - unless a claim has been opened, we can not do anything to assist. All Custom Vest/Jacket orders or orders typically over $500+ typically we tend to require a signature for the package to be released.

Free shipping for contiguous US orders totaling over $175, after discounts and before taxes. No code necessary free shipping will be applied at checkout if the $175 threshold has been met.
